About MyMyndz

MyMyndz was developed by Cecile Laros — trainer, coach, and designer of learning experiences. For many years, she worked with people in coaching, training, and education. Again and again, the same pattern emerged. People are not unmotivated. Not unwilling. Not incapable. What they often lack is something else: language for what happens on the inside, insight into their own patterns, and the skills to regulate themselves. They react without fully understanding why. They feel without having words. And they judge themselves for behavior they don’t yet understand. Through this work, one thing became clear: real change rarely happens in a single conversation. It emerges in what people practice in between — what they repeat, and what they slowly begin to recognize. MyMyndz is a response to that.

Where this platform comes from

At the foundation of MyMyndz lies a simple observation: people do not live in the same reality, even though we often assume they do. Everyone looks at the world through their own lens. Experience shapes perception. Interpretation guides reaction.

This does not mean that someone is right or wrong. It means that no single perspective tells the whole story. MyMyndz was built from that understanding — not to correct perspectives, but to make them visible.

People always do what makes sense to them

Behavior is not random. What someone does always has a reason — even when that reason is difficult for others to understand. Often, behavior is trying to protect something, hold on to something, or avoid something. In that sense, resistance is not an obstacle, but information. A signal that something important is at stake.

That is why MyMyndz does not start from fixing or correcting. It starts from understanding. Not to justify everything, but to create space for different choices.

Communication always has an effect

Everything we say — and everything we leave unsaid — has an impact. Words, tone, timing, and body language work together, often outside of conscious awareness. Understanding therefore does not arise from language alone. It also emerges through attention, perception, and experience. This is exactly where MyMyndz operates: at the intersection of thinking, feeling, and noticing. Not to analyze until everything makes sense, but to become aware of what is actually happening.

Learning without judgment

At MyMyndz, learning is not a performance. It is a process. You do not need to master something before you are allowed to work with it. What doesn’t work is not failure, but information. Even uncomfortable insights increase your range of choice.

We do not see difference as a problem, but as value. It is precisely because people think, feel, and respond differently that movement and development arise.

Ownership as a starting point

No one else can make your choices. No one else can feel your boundaries. No one else lives your life. MyMyndz takes that seriously — not from ego, but from responsibility. The platform does not give direction on your behalf. It helps you understand what drives you, so that you can choose more consciously. Not perfectly. But with attention.

MyMyndz does not promise an easy life. It offers greater clarity in how you move within it. Not because something is wrong, but because understanding what drives you creates room to choose.
